Hillary’s math problems

There’s no question Hillary had a big night last night in terms of momentum. As Jonathan Alter (who the week before did a column advising her to drop out before yesterday, so he may have a position to defend) points out, however, she has a virtually insuperable problem getting to a majority of pledged delegates. He goes through the rest of the primaries, assuming a best-case scenario and Hillary winning them all, and shows she still doesn’t get to enough to win in pledged delegates (not that Obama has an easy path either). So it’s on to the convention and the superdelegates, I guess.
As Jonathan suggests, do your own math.
